REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At The Meat Society, we are committed to delivering food that is as fresh and flavorful as the finest cuts of Argentinian meat. 

Please give your order a check right after receiving it. By accepting delivery from our drivers, you confirm that the products are exactly what your ordered and in pristine condition.

If there is an issue with your items such as a product is defective or damaged, or something is missing, contact us at hello@themeatsociety.ae  or WhatsApp us at +971 50 879 0034 with photos of the issue within 6 hours from delivery time.

We will review your case and, if necessary, offer a solution which may include a replacement product and/or a refund. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A refund will only be considered if the products are returned to us in the same condition they were delivered – whether frozen or chilled, unused, unopened –along with the original packaging and tags intact. Receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of The Meat Society. 

By placing an order with us, you agree to our refund and returns policy. We encourage you to double-check your order before confirming, as we want to ensure your experience is as smooth as possible. 

If we don’t receive any communication from you within 6 hours of delivery, we will assume you are happy with your order.

All items bought on sale are final – we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer cancellations after an order is placed.
